Well on to My Blue Monday…
I was out Antique shopping last week…. And the first shop I went to had just opened for the morning…
I happen to know the Lady who runs the shop…That might tell you something… YES!!!! I go there often…
Well they have this DELIGHTFUL enclosed patio that leads into the main part of the shop…And just as she was unlocking the gate to open for the morning… My eyes LANDED on this ADORABLE Blue Sewing Machine… You would have thought that there was a crowd of 100′s behind me… The way I took off towards this Machine… I immediately Looked it over and said, “I’ll take it…” Again as though someone else in my invisible crowd of 100′s might call out from the crowd and claim it as their own… I had no clue even if it worked or not… But when your blinded by CUTENESS… As well as the most Beautiful Color and Perfect Shade of Blue… Who cares if it works or not… Then of course Reason and Reality begin to sink in as you are walking closer and closer to the cash register… But thankfully the shop attendant had Reason enough for the both of us and said,
“The vendor just brought this in yesterday and you know it does work and runs beautifully and I do believe it is going to the perfect home…”
And I simply replied…
“Yes it surely is…It will certainly be VERY Loved and I know my girls will just ADORE it as they love Vintage Sewing Machines…Oh and of course you know it will most assuredly be Featured on MY BLUE MONDAY..“
Isn’t she just ADORABLE…??
And
So PERFECTLY shaded…☺
As well as PERFECTLY priced$$
you are more than welcome to join in on the fun and link up anything blue…It doesn’t have to be a solid Blue color… just anything that has some blue in it will do… Feel free to use the My Blue Monday Button as well if you want to use it in your post…

LOVE that sewing machine, and vintage machines in general! I also have a machine from 1954. I love it. She's a workhorse and has lavender accents.
Hope you get a lot of use out of your fabulous blue Singer!
YOU GO GIRL! I'm so excited about your Linky! I don't have the internet to write my own blog post but I was not gonna forget your linky!!! My time is short and I'm leaching off wifi in my car. Not even positive what I posted was blue because there's a glare on my screen! Haha!

I love it! My Grandparents were in the Antique business for years. My Uncle now owns his own shop, so I've grown up in it all my life. You should see my mother's house! You would fall in love with all of the neat things! I guess since I had nothing but antiques growing up, I vowed that I was going to be the modern one of the family when I had my own place. Haha, that didn't happen! I don't think anything in our home is new, and I like it that way! When I got married, we even lived in an antique home, a 1910 Sears and Roebuck catalog order home. It was beautiful! I'm joining in the party next Monday!
