Yes! It was a sad day in blogging history when the Picnik came to an end.
I had only recently discovered Picnik when the announcement came out that they would soon be closing.
You can imagine my panic and DEEP DEEP sadness over this.
First off I am Technically challenged. I do own Photoshop Elements but have yet to master it ( It is so Complicated and not to mention Scary )
I LOVED Picnik for it’s Ease and Simplicity as I know many of you did as well.
After being sick and away from the blog world, coming back was going to be a bit Empty.
Picnik wasn’t going to be there to Greet me. I know that it was all moved over to Google+ but even then it seemed to have lost it’s Charm and Ease. ( Or is that just me ?)
Well, needless to say you can imagine my EXCITEMENT and JOY when I found out about….
YES!!!! Ribbet.com is built on the same platform as Picnik was, so all things that we had grown to Love and become accustomed to can still be found and used….
It is just like the Picnik packed up and Some Great group of people who didn’t want the Party to end just moved it to the Pond 
So go ahead and jump on the Lilly Pad and begin to RIBBET!!!
This is great to know. I have been using picmonkey and although it is easy I am missing some of the little touches that Pic used to have…guess I will meet you at the pond…thanks for the tip. Smiles..Renee

I had never tried picknic but found PicMonkey when it started up. I will have to look at Ribbet. Thanks for the information. I am SOOOO techy challenged! xo Diana

Good to know! I found PicMonkey, but it’s just not quite the same as Picnik, so hopefully Ribbet will be a winner!
Yes, I found Picmonkey to be just that, not the same. I actually found it not to be so user friendly. And you can’t add any text to collages. I do however like some of their features but I still find the the Platform of Picnik to be much more easier to navigate through. You will LOVE Ribbet if you Loved Picnik because it is the SAME!!!

I use PicMonkey which is the same platform, too. Never heard of Ribbet. Wonder why all the animal names?
