How to get your Kids to eat Healthy!
I know that this is a subject talked about Over and Over again, by most moms out there. It is something that comes easy for some and not so easy for others. We have 6 children and each child has been different when it comes to the foods they like.
Getting your Kids to eat Healthy and make wise decisions in their food, while they are young is so important.
Setting that foundation EARLY is so beneficial for them and you as well.
How to get your Kids to eat Healthy will vary between each household and child.
Here is one of the ways we make eating Healthy fun.
We JUICE our Organic Vegetables and Fruits to make YUMMY popsicles.
We often use Beets for Cooking, Juicing and Dehydrating.
The kids also LOVE fresh Organic Carrots.
We LOVE using Fresh Carrots when we can because they are often Very Sweet all on their own.
We Juice are Carrots and Pour the juice into a Popsicle Mold.
For decorative ones we only fill the bottoms up and Layer it with other juiced, juices.
Once are first layer is Frozen, we juice another Vegetable or Fruit. And then Freeze again.
You can add as many or as little variations you like.
We have made Ginger Popsicles, All Green Vegetable Popsicles and the list goes on.
The kids LOVE them and it makes such a Great Healthy Snack to grab when they are wanting something FUN to eat!
This little guy LOVES his vegetables.
So these Pospsicles don’t last long in our house.
There has been times he has had them for Breakfast.
And, the great thing is… He’s getting his Vegetables first thing in the morning.
So get CREATIVE and have FUN with different ways on, How to get your kids to eat Healthy.
If your little one’s tend to like things a bit on the SWEET side, you can add a Green Apple to your juice. They REALLY sweeten things up, without ALL the added Sugar!
