Gluten Free Meatball Sandwiches
There is such a FEAR out there of having to become or eating Gluten Free. Many people think that they will have to give up some of their favorite foods or snacks. They think that Gluten Free is going to be Bland and taste Horrible.
Well I am here to tell you, “Fear NOT!” Gluten free is anything but Bland and Boring. GF foods have come such a long way and there are so many Amazing Companies and Products available for us to use for our daily cooking and baking needs.
Our family of EIGHT is successfully GF and we have been enjoying, taking some of our Favorite foods and making them GF.
Meatball Sandwiches is one of those recipes, at the top of our Favorite list.
These Gluten Free Meatball Sandwiches are so EASY to make and taste SO amazingly GOOD, even your non GF friends and family will be asking for more!!!!
I used 2lbs Hamburger Meat ( we wanted plenty for left overs 1 cup Glutino BreadCrumbs, 2 Pastured Eggs, and Organic Italian Seasoning ( to taste )
Combine all your ingredients into a bowl, until well blended. Form into meatballs, place your meatballs into a sauce pan and cover with your Gluten Free Sauce. Simmer on Medium/Low until meatballs are cooked. (Gently stirring, occasionally)
When your Meatballs are finished, Take your Udi’s, Gluten Free Hot Dog Buns and place your Glutino Gluten Free Meatballs inside. Depending on how big you make your meatballs will depend on how many you put in. We were able to get 3 -4,Gluten Free Meatballs into our buns.
Cover with Organic Shredded Cheese. Broil until Cheese is Bubbly and Buns are nicely Golden Brown.
SERVE and ENJOY!!!!
