WOW!! Let me tell you, it’s been quite the eventful (sick) week at our house. We have had a bout of the Stomach Flu going around. SERIOUSLY! No, fun people.
I am glad to say that I am finally over it, though my stomach is still uneasy at times.

Our family LOVES and I mean LOVES, Organic Dragon Fruit.
Unfortunately it can be a bit on the pricey side, so it’s NOT one of those fruits we buy on a weekly basis.
I could SERIOUSLY eat this stuff ALL day!
We LOVE celebrating, the month of February, as a FULL month of LOVE in our house.

Chicken Salad, in Dragon Fruit Bowls is one of those Requested items of LOVE!
Dragon fruit is so BEAUTIFULLY vibrant in color, that the Shells make a fabulous way to display, Fruits, Dips or Chicken or even Tuna Salad in.
It is so EASY!!
Just simply Spoon out your Dragon Fruit and Save the Shells. Fill them with your desired food, dip or fruits of choice and Serve!
Our family LOVES, to have their Dragon Fruit Bowls with Chicken Salad and Glutino Crackers or Bagel Chips on the side.
These Dragon Fruit Bowls, would make a Fabulous Display for any Party or Buffet style gathering.
It is also a great way to get your Kids to eat and pick healthier foods. I mean REALLY, who could pass up this Yumminess!!
